Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent service on my vehicle. It was really nice that you called and kept letting me know about and asking my preferences on things throughout the job. I felt like you were really trying to keep costs down while doing the job properly. Although it wasn't cheap ( does anyone ever think it is - lol?) I feel I got a very fair price. It was also a nice surprise to find my car cleaner than when it went in - nice touch! Kudos to you and all the staff - keep up the good work.

Thank you for the message. I will be very happy to complete survey questionnaire if I receive it in my mail. Meanwhile, I already told Tracy, in Autobody shop, that your shop provided the best service to me in the past 8 years working with the Chev dealerships in Edmonton so far (I had Malibu 2002 before). The evidence includes:

1. Time line for service: I received services right way. Compared to other shops for getting the quote, I have to wait for 2 weeks.

2. The cost for repairing autobody is reasonable. It was 50% cost compared that from another shop in the city. I was very surprised.

3. Responsibility: One year ago, I sent my car to another Chev dealerships to request checking the problem with noise from right front wheel. I was told that it was caused by dirty and advised to wash the wheel well. The problem became worse following one year. I told James Logozar about this. He fixed this problem this time.I really appreciated this.

4. Semi-annual service expenses: the service was completed at only $81.00 and oil change at $51. It was lowest expenses I got so far for the same service. I had one annual service in another Chev dealerships previously. It costed me $900 because I was advised to change all the fluids for cooler, transmitter, breaker ect. I do not think that it is necessary for 2-3 year old car.

5. Additional service: James ordered a cab for me to take me back to workplace during the day at -30 oC. It is the first time that I had my car clean-up outside and inside by your shop. I very much appreciated about this kind services.

I spread the word to my friends about your shop. I am fully satisfied with your service. I will come to your shop again in the future.

I wanted to quickly write a note to you pertaining to the Customer Service Performance of your Body Shop Team. 

Both Rob & Tracey recently provided me with more that top quality service to replace a damaged side view mirror.

I had stopped in late Thursday Afternoon to have them look at the broken mirror on my new Silverado, they had ordered the new part, had it painted and installed by 4pm the following day! Rob went above and beyond my expectations to get the mirror replaced for me ASAP due to my busy schedule.

I will recommend any Lakewood body shop to anyone requiring service.

Attention General Manager:

I don't often write to companies about the service that I get, because usually it is only average at best. But I do make a point of doing so when I think I have received excellent or very good service and I did so recently from Lakewood Chevrolet.

I had a relatively small body work job that needed to be fixed and the person responsible for the damage asked me if I would take it to Lakewood. You're a long way from where I live (the west end), but I agreed and took it in for an estimate on a Friday morning a couple of weeks ago. On the following Monday I took it back to have the work done and they told me that it would take a day or two and that it would be ready late Tuesday or Wednesday by noon. Rob Wild, the shop manager, then took me over to the shuttle service waiting area and shortly after, Victor gave me a ride home. On Tuesday afternoon, when I called to see when it would be ready, a lady told me that they were just finishing it and that it would be ready Wednesday morning. Victor had already told me to call him when I was ready to be picked up at work and I called him on Wednesday morning about 11:00. He was on his way downtown already and agreed to meet me at about 11:45 to take me back to Lakewood to pick up my car, which he did.

The car was finished and waiting and the work they did looks excellent. When I went into the office to get the keys and sign the release, Rob met me, asked me if everything was OK and told me that he hadSave & Close taken the liberty of touching up some small paint chips for me after the main work had been finished. The car had also been washed and the inside vacuumed. He told me that he did free touch ups and that if I ever needed it, just to let him know.

Needless to say, I was very impressed, particularly with the service of Rob Wild, the manager, the body man Gerald and the shuttle driver Victor, but also of the whole operation. No wonder you've been in business for some time and you certainly seem to live up to your mission statement of 'Completely satisfied customers'.

In 1982, I bought a new Camaro Z28 from Lakewood, because they gave me the best deal of any other Chevrolet dealer at the time and because they understood that I wanted very specific options and that it was very unlikely that a dealership would have exactly what I wanted in stock (which they didn't, although other dealers tried to push me into taking something they did have in stock, but wasn't exactly what I wanted). The salesman at the time is probably long since retired, but he also provided excellent service.

Even though you are on the other side of the city, I will always use Lakewood Chevrolet anytime I have a need for General Motors service.

Keep it up, you are in a relatively rare group.

I want to send this to say thanks for the great service we got on an auto body repair in April 2009 from Denise in your body shop.

My mother Sophie, had a fender bender and brought her car in for estimate and repair which was done quickly and correctly.

Denise treated her with the utmost courtesy, kindness and respect and she deserves a pat on the back.
