My name is Shannon H., I have a 2009 GMC Acadia. After purchasing my truck, I was having it serviced at Southgate GMC and was having nothing but problems. Then someone told me I was able to take it to a Chevrolet dealer for my warranty work so I picked your dealership. I have had it in a few times now and the service at your dealership is like nothing I have ever experienced at any shop. Cory is the best (I think you should give him a big raise!!)) My warranty has now expired but I will continue to bring my truck to your shop. There are really no words to explain how helpful Cory has been. I do love my truck, but if I did ever end up with a different make other than Chev or GMC, I would still bring it to your shop. I have been telling all my friends about how great you guys are, it is such a comfort (when you don't know a lot about vehicles) that I can call Cory and he will have my truck in an fixed in no time, and he is honest, I didn't get that feeling at the other dealership. Also, I have been driven in the shuttle a few times and Tony is just fabulous as well.
Thank you for everything. If I could give a rating of more than "completely satisfied" I certainly would, that doesnt seem like enough !!

Just a note to thank you for the excellent service and providing a satisfying solution to the brake problems on my 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt. My warranty was just about to expire and the dealer ship backed the warranty 100%. You basically replaced every component on the front and rear brakes.
On the back: new break drums and shoes, on the front new calipers and other components.
It feels like I am driving a new car, no squealing breaks.
I just put a new set of Nokian winter tires and had a four wheel alignment, it drives like a charm on the highway!!

We stopped at Lakewood Chev on Jan. 25 /11 and needed assistance. My husband spoke with Dwayne Lucas, to see if you could look at our Equinox. Even though you were busy Paul, one of the Service managers, said we'll get you in. Now you have to understand I'd just left the hospital, and we live 2.5 hours from Edmonton, so hearing that you'd get us in was an answer to my prayers. As we waited in your service area, many of your staff walked thru that area often during our 2.5 hr. wait. To say that your staff was friendly is an understatement. They spoke to not only us but everyone sitting there with us. The part we needed was delivered from a different Chev location and was installed at no charge to us whatsoever. My husband and I are extremely pleased with your service and will come to you when we need a new vehicle, plus send our friends to your place. Paul's friendly manner & exceptional service is to be applauded! You have a winner there, so do whatever it takes to keep him! We are completely Satisfied Customers!

I just wanted to extend my gratitude to one of your service advisors,
Duane. He helped me out immensely with my '05 Colorado; when I had
told him that I had found a better price somewhere else to get the
front axle seals replaced he made the extra effort to get me a better
deal. I was so impressed I ended up getting some more work done there
that I was going to get done somewhere else, and I'll continue to
bring it back to Lakewood for service... hopefully not too often
though. :)
I've seen the GM commercials that talk about making the effort for
customer satisfaction, it's nice to see it in action. Usually it's
not my style to send and email like this, but I wouldn't feel right
unless I did.
